Your Role as Weekend RN Supervisor:
As our Weekend RN Supervisor, you'll oversee clinical operations during your shift and ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a safe, compassionate, and efficient environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead and support nursing and CNA teams during weekend shifts
Review and adjust resident care plans as needed
Participate in and lead interdisciplinary team discussions
Mentor staff to uphold clinical and ethical standards
Monitor compliance with all policies and procedures
Prepare reports and assist with audits and quality improvement efforts Requirements:
Current Georgia RN license (required)
Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (required)
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
