Maintenance Operator

Responsibilities:

- Routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues

- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management in a timely manner

- Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors or vendors when necessary

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities using a CMMS

- Provide excellent customer service

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

- Experience with general maintenance and repair work

- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints

- Proficient in using CMMS software

- Strong leadership abilities to supervise external contractors or vendors

- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and provide exceptional customer service
