Confirm same-day meetings, follow up like your bonus depends on it (because it does).
Update HubSpot like a pro—if it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.
Handle inbound calls like you're the voice of a million-dollar brand.
Team up with closers to lock down calendars and crush goals.
Spot patterns. Share insights. Be part of the brain, not just the hands.
You're Perfect If You:
Have real appointment setting experience. You've done it before, and you've won.
Are confident on the phone. You speak clearly, think quickly, and can steer a call.
