Description:
Applies expertise on intelligence collection systems, capabilities, and processes to produce full scope collection strategies using all DoD and National Technical Means, (NTM) systems for war-fighter high priority intelligence needs. Conducts necessary actions to assesses, manage, and integrate information to support planning for DoD, DIA, or CCMD CI and HUMINT programs, functions and mission activities, and provides recommendations on the integration of CI and HUMINT activities for combatant command strategic, operational, contingency, crisis and exercise planning.
Demonstrates knowledge and experience utilizing DoD and IC collection platforms / sensors. Demonstrates knowledge of the intelligence collection capabilities, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), and planning tools.
Full understanding of the Collection Operational Tasking and Reporting system, Collection Operations Policy, Oversight Requirements and tasking authorities, to include HUMINT and HUMINT related activities.
Security Clearance:
Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain a CI POLY.

Requirements:
20 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Graduate of an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course
Education:
Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
