Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)
Pay: $17.50/hour
Experience: 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Type: Part-time; Contract
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Thursday, 2:30pm to 11pm (Ability to work other days as needed)
HireOne Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service.
Test drive a variety of vehicles as needed.
Maintain accurate data and documentation.
Use problem-solving skills to resolve issues as they arise.
Stay productive throughout the shift by multitasking and working collaboratively as part of a team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working outdoors with the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
This position requires regular on-site attendance and cannot be performed remotely.
