TPG is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager to elevate and drive the recruitment strategy for our business. This is a key leadership role, ideal for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional who is ready to lead our recruiting TEAM. The TAM, must have excellent organizational skills and work well with internal management. Must be a skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Must be able to exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, organize and plan. Ability adjust to changes as dictated by business needs. Excellent staff management skills.
