$19 - $23 hourlyResponsibilities:
Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
Accurately take order information from the customer and enter it into the MIS
Create estimates in a timely manner
Follow up on all production functions to ensure timely output of the product
Must be able to manage 20+ jobs at a timeQualifications:
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
Background in graphic design
You are urgent and accurate
You pay attention to all the details
