Description
The Paid Real Estate area of CLS is looking to replace a FTE who posted out to another area. This individual will be responsible for a lots of reporting within the group to ensure lien releases are processed in a timely manner. They will be researching the First American vendor portal as well as other information sources to process off boarding of loans and that titles and liens are accurate.
Job Functions:
• Paid Real Estate Reporting
• Team uses a third party vendor to release all mortgages – First American
• Researching paid off loans that have not been released/figuring out why it wasn’t reported
• Pulling reports in systems (SAPMD) and in Microsoft Excel to other servicing teams
• Other teams rely on these reports to start their day, so ability to hit deadlines is crucial
• Utilize Microsoft Excel – VLookups, run reports, filter spreadsheets, formulas, etc.
• Not a black and white job, need someone who can think outside the box/great research
• No customer interaction, but will communicate with different internal teams
• Will be trained by Melissa Brown who sits in Gateway (she works hybrid)
Qualifications:
• Mortgage loan knowledge/experience – within servicing, front end, etc.
• Strong Excel skills – VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Strategic thinker
• Ability to research in-depth data
• Strong attention to detail
• Need to be able to meet tight deadlines/work in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
