PeopleSoft Developer Top Secret Cleared with Security Clearance

Our client is looking for a PeopleSoft Developer to work onsite in Washington, DC, supporting a critical branch of the Federal Government. In this role, you will assist in the design, development, upgrade, and modifications of their highly customized PeopleSoft financial system. Per our Federal Government Contract, these roles are open to US Citizens with an Active Top-Secret Clearance. Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Business Analysts to understand and analyze business requirements.

• Designing, developing, and customizing PeopleSoft applications in alignment with functional needs.

• Upgrading and modifying PeopleSoft components to support business process changes.

• Assisting in the creation of project plans, technical documentation, and functional specifications.

• Conducting code reviews and recommending enhancements for performance and maintainability.

• Diagnosing and resolving development issues promptly and efficiently.

• Ensuring solutions align with business objectives and are delivered on time.

• Supporting system testing and resolving defects during QA cycles.

• Suggesting innovative development approaches and coding best practices to enhance application quality and usability. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 7+ years of experience with PeopleSoft code base

• 7+ years of experience with PeopleSoft technical architecture

• Understanding of Oracle database structures

• Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an Active Top-Secret Clearance Compensation and Benefits W2 Hourly rate: $92 - $97

Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
