What We're Looking For:
As a Senior Value Architect within Meltwater's Business Value Group, you will play a pivotal role in enabling long-term, strategic revenue growth by driving value-based engagements with our most critical global clients. This role is designed for a high-performing, commercially savvy, and strategically minded professional with a passion for enabling customer success through enterprise-level consulting, business case development, and ecosystem orchestration.
What You'll Do:
You will act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and C-level executives at our client organizations. By combining strategic insight, commercial acumen, product depth, and technical knowledge, you will lead the development of compelling, outcome-driven solutions that align with our customers' top priorities and Meltwater's strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Solution Architecture
Lead the end-to-end development of customer-specific value propositions and deal strategies, including discovery, ROI modeling, solution design, partner integration, and commercial packaging.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and in-depth discovery sessions with customer executives to deeply understand business objectives and translate them into actionable solution blueprints.
Build ROI business case models and financial benefits summaries
Sales Enablement & Opportunity Leadership
Serve as a critical partner to Sales, Leadership, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to drive deal momentum and ensure strategic alignment throughout the sales lifecycle.
Play an integral role in strategic opportunity assessments and reviews, providing clear risk analysis, mitigation plans, and value acceleration opportunities.
Actively manage opportunity workstreams with cross-functional and ecosystem teams, ensuring accountability and alignment through the deal lifecycle.
Customer & Partner Engagement
Build trust-based relationships with C-level stakeholders through credible business conversations and demonstrated understanding of their strategic priorities.
Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and executive briefings that position Meltwater as a strategic partner in business transformation.
Collaborate with partner organizations to create cohesive, integrated value propositions.
Thought Leadership & Commercial Insight
Translate complex enterprise architecture into tangible business outcomes and value narratives.
Continuously assess customer trends, industry shifts, and ecosystem developments to evolve Meltwater's value selling methodology and commercial toolkit.
Act as a "challenger" within customer engagements to drive higher impact, longer-term commitments, and maximize the value delivered through Meltwater and its partners.
What You'll Bring:
6+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, strategic solution sales, value engineering, business architecture, or related functions.
Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives and leading high-value, complex deal cycles across global accounts.
Strong commercial acumen combined with technical fluency across SaaS, data, media intelligence, and/or analytics platforms.
Challenging mindset, proactive approach and provocative selling approach
Exceptional ability to simplify complexity, communicate with impact, and lead cross-functional teams with influence and integrity.
Experience with value-based selling frameworks (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, Value Engineering) is highly desirable.
Adept at building executive-ready deliverables, ROI business cases, and program roadmaps under tight deadlines.

Compensation Overview
Base Salary of $79,475 -$93,500 USD per year or + uncapped quarterly commissions subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
Total compensation range for this position: $79,475 - $155,000 USD per year. Earnings are dependent on individual sales performance.
