Currently seeking Estimator to join our team at Eagle Creek Homes (Custom Home Builder). In this position, you will work with several parts of our company from clients and subcontractors to suppliers and vendors. Come work for a team of awesome!

Responsibilities/Duties:

Perform preliminary site survey and site investigations

Plan review and revisions

Communicate and consult with project manager, clients, vendors, and team on costs, plans, and budget issues

Obtain subcontractor and supplier pricing for assigned projects

Assist the development of preliminary construction schedule

Assist in the finalization of the complete estimate summary

Assist in the sales estimating process

Prepare pre-bid and contract scope descriptions for subcontractors and vendors

Help management in bidding on or determining cost and price of projects

Use and maintain systems and directories of suppliers and vendors to plan future project budgets

Review material and labor costs to ensure accuracy and budget

Skills:

Home and Construction Knowledge

Construction Estimation Experience 2 plus years preferred

Customer Service Oriented Approach

Effective Communication Skills

Strong Attention to Details

Organizational Skills

Microsoft office

Builder-trend would be a plus
