As a CNC Operator at our company, you'll play a crucial role in our production process, working with state-of-the-art CNC Mill and CNC Lathe (Haas) machines. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading small parts, performing reaming and tapping, and ensuring precision with bulk inspections using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload small parts onto milling centers and CNC machines.

Operate both CNC Mill and CNC Lathe (Haas).

Perform reaming and tapping using a drill press or manual mill.

Inspect parts in bulk quantities using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure tight tolerances.

Communicate any equipment or safety issues promptly to the lead.

Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S principles.

Change tooling and make adjustments on machines as needed.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience operating a CNC Mill in a production setting.

Familiarity with setting up machines and making minor adjustments.

Ability to read blueprints and conduct basic quality inspections with hand tools.

Understanding of g-code and machine setup.

Experience in machining and fabrication.

Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and blueprint reading.

Work Environment:

Production environment requiring steel-toe shoes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
