Join Our Team as a Machine Operator!

Job Description: Are you ready to take your manufacturing skills to the next level? As a Machine Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production process, operating state-of-the-art SMT machines. You'll play a crucial role in assembling PCBs and systems by following detailed assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications. Your expertise will ensure smooth line changeovers and maintain the pristine condition of our machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate advanced SMT machines with precision.

Follow detailed assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications.

Assist with efficient line changeovers.

Keep our machines in top-notch condition.

Essential Skills:

At least 6 months of manufacturing experience

Ability to pass testing with a minimum score of 70%.

100% accuracy in reading comprehension.

6+ months of experience using hand tools.

Basic computer skills (verified through a peer reference).

Work Environment: Our work environment is climate-controlled and meticulously maintained. You'll be provided with smocks and ESD equipment to ensure your safety and comfort. Choose from various shifts to fit your lifestyle:

1st shift: 6am-4pm, Monday to Thursday

2nd shift: 3:45pm-1:45am, Monday to Thursday

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based in Rochester, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
