Senior Filling Machines Operator

There's currently a 1st shift Senior Filling Machine Operator (6am-2pm) opportunity at KitPackers, LLC, located in Germantown, WI.

You will set up and safely operate advanced production machinery. Leads complex machine setup, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sets up, adjusts, operates, disassembles, and cleans the most advanced packaging equipment

Troubleshoots more complex equipment issues and works with Technical Lead on them, when needed

Performs material checks, first piece inspections, post-package inspections and clean checks

Completes weekly scale verifications and updates the log accordingly.

Provides recommendations for continuous improvement and actively participates on improvement teams. Completes 5S audits as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

3 years of production experience

High school diploma or equivalency

Forklift certification

Lifts and/or move up to 50 pounds

Ability to read

Basic Math

Ability to learn how to operate machinery

Ability to provide basic maintenance to machinery
