Fire Alarm Service Technician

Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
3-5 years field experience required
Two years directly related experience servicing Simplex or Tyco Safety Products equipment is preferred
Experience in the following systems: Access Control, Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV.
Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent
FASA/BASA certification current
NICET II preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Excellent phone skills and strong interaction with customers
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements
Must be able to pass level two background check
Must be able to work on-call
Must be available for overtime including weekends

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Need someone who can hit the ground running and requires little training or ramp up. Need someone with excellent customer service skills and someone who can work well with others. Strong communication skills are also required.
