Job Description

Hiring Machine Operators in Longmont - Direct Hire Opportunity

We are seeking multiple Machine Operators to join our production team in Longmont, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a continuous batch processing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and calibrate machinery for continuous production.

Measure and mix materials accurately according to batch specifications.

Monitor production processes using computer systems and camera interfaces.

Collect samples, record data, and track product output.

Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance.

Work independently after completing a six-month training program with an experienced operator.Qualifications and Experience

High School Diploma or GED.

At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Comfortable working with computer systems and cameras.

Experience handling and mixing chemicals.

Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures.

Chemical, food, or pharmaceutical production.

Batch processing and visual inspection.

Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.Shifts & Pay

1st: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Mon-Fri

2nd: 3 PM - 11:30 PM Mon-Fri

3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Sun-Thurs

Pay Range: $20-$24/hour DOE **+ 10% differential for 2nd shift and 12.5% differential for 3rd shift**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
