Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Customers, Product Managers and outside sales team.
Process inquiries, quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders (as related to sales orders).
Assist with purchasing not related to sales orders.
Participate in sales functions (i.e. – Budget Meetings, Sales Days).
Single point of contact- Major account.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
New employee’s induction training (form F_7.2_10).
Internal systems & product training during first week orientation.
In depth training for ERP and associated systems.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Basic Computer skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.).
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of assembly and machining print reading.
