We are seeking a Change and Project Manager to play a critical role in leading and supporting both strategic projects and change initiatives across the credit union.

This role blends project management discipline with a people-centered change management approach to ensure that transitions are smooth, resistance is minimized, and adoption is sustained.

What You'll Do: * Lead and manage multiple projects of varying complexity from planning through execution.

* Develop and implement change management strategies that support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and initiatives.

* Integrate change activities into project plans to ensure alignment between implementation and stakeholder readiness.

* Collaborate with leadership to build a flexible, standardized change management framework.

* Assess organizational readiness and develop strategies to overcome resistance and drive adoption.

* Partner with stakeholders to communicate the "why" behind the change clearly and effectively.

* Coordinate training, communication, and reinforcement plans to ensure lasting impact.

* Monitor success through feedback, adoption metrics, and engagement assessments.

* Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset and promote agile practices throughout the credit union.

What You Bring: * Experience: 2-5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a similar role.

* Education/Certifications: Relevant degree or certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP preferred.

* Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel; project and data tools familiarity is a plus.

* Ability to manage complex initiatives, communicate clearly, and lead through influence.

* Experience with change management tools and readiness assessments.

* Other Requirements: * Ability to manage multiple projects and change efforts simultaneously.

* Knowledge of credit union or financial services industry helpful.

* Occasional travel for training, workshops, or key project meetings.
