The Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment and will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to ensure our Salesforce.com instance is optimized as a tool for our users to streamline the sales and customer service processes to meet our business objectives. Identify, analyze, justify, develop and deploy enhancements including: user management, case management, marketing, outreach and other essential business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
Essential Functions:
Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 70+ users.
Create reports and dashboards across the platform to provide users with clear data and metrics to work effectively and report results efficiently.
Complete all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
Establish processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities in coordination with management.
Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
Effectively act as the liaison between Salesforce users, integration vendors, Salesforce.com Account Manager(s) and our IT application development team.
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
Exemplify our culture of continuous process improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for sales process improvement and understanding and improving process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
Recommend revisions to existing reports and dashboards and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Monitor the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining Salesforce data.

Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business management or related or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Salesforce Administrator ADM 201 Certification
Salesforce Advanced Administrator ADM 211 Certification
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Preferred Requirements:
3 - 5 years' experience as SalesForce.com administrator
Proven successful prior project management and business analysis experience.
Proficiency working with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Proficiency with Tableau and HubSpot is a plus.
