We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in Denver.
Position Summary
We seek a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our CEO at our Denver headquarters. This in-person, full-time role is ideal for a resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will anticipate needs, manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, and seamlessly balance professional and personal support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, travel, and events
Efficiently prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts with attention to detail
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and track action items and follow-ups
Assist with planning and coordination of trade shows, both as an attendee and an exhibitor
Support the organization of company meetings, travel, and special events
Screen and manage all communications and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
Maintain task lists, reminders, and ensure follow-through on executive priorities
Serve as a gatekeeper to the CEO's time, maximizing productivity and focus
Personal Assistance:
Assist with personal errands, appointments, and household-related tasks as needed
Coordinate family and personal travel, dining, and event arrangements
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and personal contacts with professionalism and discretion
Handle confidential matters with sensitivity and sound judgment
Research and book reservations for leisure activities, entertainment, and special occasions
Support with personal finance tasks such as expense tracking, bill payments, and charitable donations
Provide occasional support for family events, celebrations, and gifting
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally in the entertainment or events industry
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with travel booking systems
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons and willingness to travel as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in complex situations
Experience in event planning or production is a plus
