For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits Front Line Team Members (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older * No experience required and on the job training provided * No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Preferred Qualifications: * Customer service experience * 1 year of similar work experience Responsibilities: * Clean, maintain, and restore various types of flooring including tile, carpet, vinyl, and concrete * Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, burnishers, and extractors * Strip, wax, buff, and seal hard surface floors as needed * Shampoo and extract carpets using appropriate methods and chemicals * Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required * Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or needed repairs * Monitor inventory of floor care supplies and request restocking as needed * Assist with general janitorial duties when required * Ensure all work areas are left clean, safe, and hazard-free A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
