Adobe Digital Analyst

Analyze complex digital metrics to uncover trends and opportunities for business growth.

Provide analytical support to various teams, including customer acquisition and product management.

Develop measurement plans and manage data quality processes for analytics and model validation.

Lead the creation and reporting of monthly KPIs and dashboards to ensure optimal marketing performance.

Act as a subject matter expert for analytic tools, maximizing their effectiveness.

Identify and implement opportunities for operational excellence and process optimization. Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in digital analytics and developing meaningful KPIs.

Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.

Strong presentation skills, particularly with MS PowerPoint for executive audiences.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Leadership experience in coaching and enabling teams. Preferred Skills

Experience in a big data environment (AWS, Azure) for data analysis.

Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms like Adobe Experience Platform.

Proficiency in coding languages such as Pyspark, Python, and SQL.

Background in financial services with an understanding of transaction data.

Knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies.
