Four years of experience in compensation and/or organization development with strong analytical and systems skills.

Or

Bachelor's degree plus two years in compensation and/or organization development with strong analytical and systems skills.

HQ HR COMPENSATION

Major Duties

Conducts job evaluations using established evaluation systems, makes recommendations on job titles, grade levels, and internal/external market alignment. Updates or creates job descriptions following approved writing and format standards. Collects data to assist in benchmarking jobs to the market or internally.

Researches and analyzes organizational, occupational, and industry data to evaluate organization structures for effectiveness and efficiency and makes recommendations on organization structure that will support business need. Participates in compensation surveys.

Assists in the administration of merit and bonus programs including formulating pay guidelines/eligibility rules, developing systems, cost modeling, reporting, and communicating details of the programs.

Participates in various compensation and organization projects as assigned. Prepares spreadsheets, graphs/charts, reports, and presentation materials.

Performs other duties as assigned.
