Contract to Hire

Material Handler/Forklift- Goshen, IN

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 3p-11:30p

3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 11p-7:30a

Hourly pay range: $17-$20 per hour DOE and Shift Premium

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse or production area.

Load and unload shipments from trucks or containers.

Organize and store inventory in appropriate locations.

Assist in inventory control by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Prepare materials for shipment and assist with packaging as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.

Stand-up Forklift & Sit-down Forklift Experience required

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50lbs

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and practices.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
