Gold Coast Physical Therapy is hiring Part-time Inbound Call Center Representatives!

We are seeking individuals with strong customer service and phone skills to join our team. This entry-level position focuses on scheduling clients and registering new patients using our electronic medical record (EMR) system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, active listening abilities, and a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with both patients and colleagues.

Position Details:

Part-time hours: Monday through Friday, 1:00pm – 6:00pm

Duties include: Answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, registering new patients, and providing general information to callers.

Requirements: Strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
