Join a growing company that specializes in foundry sand production as a Forklift Operator. You'll be responsible for safely operating a forklift to transport raw materials and finished products within the facility. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in an industrial environment. Responsibilities:

Operated a forklift to move, load, and unload foundry sand and other materials

Transport finished products to designated storage areas or shipping docks

Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts to ensure safe operation

Assist with general labor tasks and maintain a clean, safe workspace Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous forklift operating experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting required

Valid forklift certification is a plus

Comfortable working in an industrial environment with dust, heat, and heavy machinery

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Benefits and Perks:

The base salary range for this position is $20/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
