Accountant-Revenue
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To oversee Property loss adjusting client account reconciliations; to compile and analyze A/R data on client accounts. Assist with cash application and collection efforts on complex portfolios.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Account Reconciliations.
Investigate client accounts, claims & files for statement reporting
Supports month-end A/R processes
Defines, prepares, reviews and analyzes AR monthly client specific reports.
Responsible for managing customer AR aging and working with internal departments to resolve collection issues.
Research delinquent accounts, while bringing late accounts up to current status.
Develop and maintain relationships with all customer accounts.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares other duties as assigned
Supports the organization's quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
SAP knowledge a plus
Must be proficient with excel and large data files.
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred.
Major in accounting field preferred.
Experience
Accounts Receivable or collections experience preferred
Strong entry level accounting role
Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of SAP system
Good oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
Strong analytical and interpretive skills
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
Ability to work in a team environment

For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is (54,434.00 - 76,208.00 - 97,981.00 USD Annual).
