Assembler / Shop Helper

Status: Full Time

Work Type: In person

Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm M-F

Pay: $20-23/hr

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Assembler/Shop Helper to join a dynamic team in Rogers, MN. This position involves working with steel parts, performing assembly tasks, and supporting various areas of the shop. Itâ s a great opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble steel parts using hand tools and shop equipment

Support operations across different departments within the shop

Working in the lamination department as well

Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Adapt to changing tasks and priorities as required

Qualifications:

Previous assembly experience preferred

High School Diploma or GED required

Good hand-eye coordination

Strong communication skills

Reliable and punctual

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Willingness to work overtime and shift between tasks as needed

Working Conditions:

Must be able to stand throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Fast-paced and physically demanding shop environment
