What You’ll Be Doing:

Design, build, and operationalize large-scale AI and ML-driven applications and APIs.

Lead the development of scalable, low-latency cloud-native applications, primarily using Java and AWS services.

Work collaboratively with architects, cloud engineers, and product leads to shape AI/ML product requirements and roadmaps.

Contribute to and guide the design and testing of proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.

Take technical ownership of assigned projects, mentor junior team members, and drive best practices across the engineering lifecycle.

Participate in recruitment activities and help shape a high-performing development team.

Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, well-tested code using TDD practices.

Identify and implement continuous improvements to development processes and tooling.

Key Experience We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in Java development with strong Spring Boot expertise.

Solid background in building cloud-native applications, particularly using AWS services such as S3, SQS, Kinesis, or Apache Flink.

Strong knowledge of stream processing, low-latency systems, and microservice architectures.

Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs .

Deep understanding of test-driven development and CI/CD practices.

Strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas across technical and non-technical teams.

A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have):

Hands-on experience with AI and ML frameworks .

Working knowledge of Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps tooling.
