About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for your own section within the kitchen and play a key role in ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards during every service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a specific section of the kitchen during service
Prepare and present dishes to fine dining standards
Work closely with senior chefs to maintain consistency and quality
Help train and support junior team members
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and menu development
Ensure daily mise en place and stock levels are maintained
About You:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a fine dining or high-end kitchen
Passionate about food, seasonality, and quality produce
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Committed to learning and continuous improvement
