PVG Head Chef

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a PVG Head Chef to work with our client based in Dundee.

As a PVG Head Chef your working days and hours are:

Monday to Friday

08:00- 14:00

The rate of pay as a PVG Head Chef is:

£20.00 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Chef are:

Cooking and preparing high quality dishes

Being responsible for Health and Safety

Being responsible for Food Hygiene Practices

Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created

Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations incluidng sanitary and dfood safety guidelines

50 covers Lunch (Main and Desert)

The ideal candidate for a Head Chef would need:

Previous experience working as a PVG Chef

Ability to work well individually or in a team environment

Food Hygiene Level 2
