Summary

We are seeking a multi-faceted Web Designer who prioritizes user experience at the forefront of design. This role will focus on creating functional, scalable, and visually stunning solutions that align with brand identity and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, a passion for digital storytelling, and the ability to transform complex ideas into intuitive, compelling user experiences.

Responsibilities

Maintain the visual identity and brand standards for Business Messaging across print, digital, and social media channels.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative concepts and campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message.

Work closely with the web team to ensure that surface designs accurately reflect brand storytelling and product positioning.

Manage the creative production process, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution.

Review and approve all creative work, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices.

Provide creative direction to external agencies and freelance designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards.

Continuously research and adapt to emerging industry trends and design technologies, ensuring the brand's creative output remains current and impactful.

Exhibit flexibility and adaptability, adjusting creative direction in response to evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in creative design, with a strong emphasis on digital media.

A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, creative thinking, and experience managing creative projects.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design software.

Knowledge of project management systems such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, demonstrating a positive, team-oriented approach.
