Position Description: Position Summary:The Multi-Site Manager Lease-Up Communities is responsible for the successful launch, stabilization, and ongoing management of two newly developed manufactured housing communities. This role oversees all leasing, marketing, maintenance, and operational activities to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction. The manager leads onsite sales and maintenance teams to ensure both properties meet or exceed performance goals and adhere to company standards.Essential Job Functions:Lease-Up, Sales & Marketing Strategy Execute lease-up strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals for both properties. Oversee all aspects of sales and leasing operations, including lead management, tours, follow-ups, and application processing. Partner with marketing teams to ensure effective digital, social media, and local outreach campaigns. Analyze leasing performance data and adjust marketing plans as needed to accelerate absorption.Team Leadership & Development Supervise and mentor leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and support staff across both sites. Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts to build high-performing site teams. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions. Foster a culture of accountability, customer service excellence, and team collaboration.Operational Oversight Manage daily operations of both communities, ensuring consistency in standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor budgets, control operating costs, and review financial reports for accuracy and goal alignment. Oversee vendor management, contract compliance, and procurement processes. Coordinate with development and construction teams during final build-out or punch phases, as needed.Resident Experience & Community Engagement Ensure resident move-ins are seamless and professional, with a focus on long-term retention. Oversee conflict resolution, maintenance requests, and all resident relations. Plan and support community events to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.Property Maintenance & Presentation Supervise all maintenance operations, preventive care, and service request follow-through. Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and show-ready at all times. Coordinate turnover schedules and quality assurance of make-ready units.Competencies:1. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends Travel: Travel between assigned sites is required (within local market). Personal vehicle and valid drivers license required.Required Education & Experience: Minimum 4 years of residential property management experience, with at least 1 year overseeing new lease-up communities, and at least 1 year in manufactured housing Experience managing multiple teams or properties. Proficient in property management software (e.g., Rent Manager, Yardi, or similar). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. Previous experience with new construction lease-up projects. Previous experience with single family factory built home sales Strong knowledge of local rental markets and trends. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
