About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Salesforce DevOps Engineer/Consultant to join our team and take ownership of our Salesforce DevOps lifecycle. In this role, you'll design and implement scalable CI/CD processes, ensure high-quality code standards, and drive release efficiency across multiple Salesforce environments. You'll collaborate closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to streamline our Salesforce operations and maintain a healthy, agile ecosystem. This position reports to the Salesforce Platform Manager and is an integral part of our Business Systems and IT organization.

You will:

Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset, GitHub, and Jira

Plan and execute Salesforce releases, resolve merge conflicts, and implement rollback strategies

Manage version control and branching strategies for Salesforce metadata

Maintain multiple Salesforce orgs, including backup and recovery processes

Troubleshoot deployment issues and handle DevOps-related support tickets

Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain documentation and promote best practices

You have:

4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps

Proficiency with Salesforce administration and metadata management

Experience using Gearset, Copado, GitHub, and other DevOps tools

Strong understanding of Git workflows and Agile methodologies

Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce DX

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

You have an advantage if:

You have experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud

You've worked with integration tools and managed 3rd party app integrations

You're familiar with tools like ANT, Bitbucket, Apex Data Loader, and Workbench

You have a background in automated testing and Salesforce code quality tools

You've led code conflict resolution calls or participated in complex release cycles

You've managed org-level governance, including environment strategy and data backup

USA: $120k to $130k

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
