Beaver, PA 15009

4 male clients: 2 ambulatory 2 wheelchair.

Sat-Sun from 7am to 11pm (30 hours double weekend)

Compensation rate:

$15.90-$16.60/h

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• At least two years of experience working with individuals with IDDs

• Driver's license is required.

• A verifiable high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Description:

Direct Support Professionals create long-term impacts on individuals' lives by

encouraging, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve their goals. They follow the Individual Support

Plan, engage in activities such as park visits and sensory gardens, and work on social and

communication skills. They assist with daily living activities, personal care, housekeeping, and laundry,

fostering independence and enhancing individuals' lives.
