Job Title: Front-End Developer

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid/On-site)

Base Compensation: $180,000 - $195,000 per year

Signing Bonus: $20,000

We’re looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to join our New York City team. In this role, you’ll help shape the look, feel, and responsiveness of our products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build elegant, high-performing interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain responsive, modular UI components using modern frameworks (React strongly preferred)

Translate complex design specs into functional and accessible front-end code

Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness across browsers and devices

Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flows

Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks

Advocate for best practices in UX, accessibility, and front-end architecture

Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team stand-upsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

3+ years of front-end development experience

Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Experience with React (or similar frameworks like Vue or Angular)

Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, Git, and modern development workflows

Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Passion for clean code, UI/UX excellence, and user-centered development
