POSITION SUMMARY
Position works alongside a rotational line to unload a variety of parts including playground decks. Great for someone looking to work as part of a team and takes pride in their quality of work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Will check parts for physical defects
Unload parts from PVC line
Trim and touch up parts as needed to meet our internal quality standards
Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts continually throughout the day

Enjoys working with a team
Able to work alongside the rotational line
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
Ability to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques daily
Ability to work overhead, and stand up constantly throughout the day
The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
