We are looking for a seasoned Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Director to launch and lead our LPM practice. Your Impact:

Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Technical, User Experience, Finance, and Business leadership, amongst other various Communities of Practice.

Collaborate amongst key stakeholders to define the portfolio’s strategy, make investment decisions, and improve portfolio flow. Partner to oversee spending, audit, compliance, expenditure, measurement, and reporting

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a portfolio vision and formulate a comprehensive portfolio strategy.

Create and maintain the portfolio roadmap and backlog to ensure strategic alignment.

Establish and fund value streams to optimize resource allocation and investment decisions.

Communicate and mitigate risks while fostering innovation across the portfolio.

Lead the Portfolio Management Office in enhancing portfolio operations.

Lead our Coaching practices, with an eye towards continuous improvement and measurement

Develop key metrics to measure our technology organizations maturation progress

Lead 15+ resources including Agile and Scrum Coaches as well as other program management resources

Facilitate the career growth and progression of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) team members.

Understand scope, schedule, and dependencies across value streams to ensure portfolio and business alignment

Executive reporting to divisional and enterprise resources

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;

15+ years of experience in software delivery.

Proven experience in portfolio management with a focus on lean methodologies.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Experience working collaboratively with senior executives and stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in portfolio management tools and methodologies.

Lean certification or a demonstrated background in lean principles.

Financial Services experience preferred.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $180,000 - $270,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
