We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our Habitability Department. This role is ideal for a skilled litigator with experience in habitability or landlord/tenant disputes. This is an exciting opportunity to champion our clients while working alongside a vibrant and cooperative team.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.

Provide clients with strategic legal advice to secure favorable outcomes.

Supervise and effectively delegate tasks to paralegals, law clerks, and administrative personnel.

Ensure timely compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules

Formulate case strategies and solutions for clients.

Requirements

Active bar membership.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in habitability law.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
