Program Manager

TekPro Support Services is seeking a Program Manager to support our new mission with the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, CA. This role is 100% onsite and requires a Secret Clearance.

What You'll Do:

The Program Manager, a Key Position, shall be responsible for providing technical expertise in the overall planning, direction, and successful execution of all requirements outlined in this SOW.

Ensure that all project goals and objectives are achieved within the specified time frame, budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Provide program and project management services including, but not limited to:

Program Planning and Control

Resource management

Risk management

Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) development

Budgeting and Cost Management

Schedule management

Performance monitoring and reporting

Documentation preparation and transmittal

Quality control

Establish effective communication channels with the PCO, Contract Specialist, and

Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and shall conduct biweekly task order status meetings covering task order execution, identified performance risks and issues, and the contractor's mitigation/corrective actions. What You Bring:

Master's degree in mathematics, engineering, M.B.A or other technical Degree

12 years relevant experience supporting professional and administrative support services programs

Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management

Certified SCRUM Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner

Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems

Foreign Military Sales (FMS) familiarity

Communication and briefing skills

Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution

Program and personnel management

Financial management

Risk management policies and assessment

Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command

Program management experience running a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors
