Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk - Urgently Hiring
Pay: $19/hr
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Mon-Fri
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a position in Grandview, MO. This role is responsible for compiling records of charges, calculating and preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial data. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and capable of supporting multiple departments with accuracy and discretion. This Accounts Receivable Clerk is located in Grandview, MO.
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be responsible for:
Prepare and process invoices to customers or insurance providers, including applicable discounts or special rates.
Post business transactions, verify financial data, and maintain AP/AR records accurately.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, including clarifying questionable charges or payment issues.
Answer vendor inquiries and ensure timely communication regarding payments.
Support special projects and collaborate with internal departments on finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate for the Accounts Receivable Clerk role will have:
High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of administrative/accounting experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous AP/AR experience in a mid-sized business is a plus. Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal communication.
