Job Summary

As a Product Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of our disposable food service product line. Collaborating cross-functionally with our engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for product enhancements, implementing design improvements, and ensuring our products meet or exceed industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Work with the Product Design Team on design changes required to run the product efficiently with the least amount of waste

- Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

- Conduct testing and validation to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance

- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements

- Provide technical support and expertise to our sales and customer service teams

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Engineer or in a similar role

- Proficient in CAD software, product testing, and data analysis

- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

- Passion for continuous improvement and a drive to deliver innovative solutions

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our modern, well-equipped manufacturing facility. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with opportunities for professional development and growth. Occasional travel may be required to support customer or supplier interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
