Job Title: Associate Project ManagerJob Description
The Associate Project Manager will organize and manage custom charges from freights and collaborate with project managers and the commercial team to determine which customers are willing to take on some of the tariff costs. This role requires the analysis and reporting on financial data related to tariffs and custom charges, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with company policies. The use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting is essential, and familiarity with SAP for financial management and reporting is preferred.
Responsibilities
Organize and manage custom charges from freights.
Collaborate with project managers and the commercial team to assess customer willingness to absorb tariff costs.
Analyze financial data related to tariffs and custom charges.
Report on financial data ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Preferably, manage financial reporting with SAP.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
Work Environment
This position requires working on-site five days a week, utilizing advanced technologies such as Microsoft Excel and SAP for managing financial data.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
