Scott Electric is looking for a motivated IT Support Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in maintaining and optimizing our technology infrastructure. If you're passionate about problem-solving and eager to grow your IT skills, we want to hear from you! This position is Full-Time, M-F, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Image and install client systems

Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment

Manage network services and support VoIP phone systems

Handle password management and train end users on new technologies

Requirements:

B.S. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11, Windows 10, Mac OSX, iOS, and Android

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications

Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to lift to 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of professional IT support experience

Familiarity with desktop imaging software

Experience with Linux and Unix CLI

Proficiency in remote support software (e.g., LogMeIn, VNC, MSTSC)

Must submit a background check and drug testing
