Job Title: Engineering Intern

Job Summary:
The Engineering Intern will work alongside experienced engineers to support the design, development, testing, and optimization of automotive systems and components. This internship provides hands-on experience in automotive engineering while contributing to innovative projects that improve vehicle performance, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of automotive parts, systems, and vehicles.
Collaborate with the engineering team to analyze data and optimize vehicle performance parameters.
Support CAD modeling and simulation tasks for components such as engines, transmissions, chassis, or electrical systems.
Conduct research on emerging automotive technologies and materials to improve product design.
Assist in the preparation and execution of test procedures for vehicle systems, including durability, thermal, NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness), and safety testing.
Review and document technical data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues during prototype development and testing phases.
Work cross-functionally with other departments, such as manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle dynamics, and engineering principles.
Proficiency in software tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or Simulink.
Familiarity with testing equipment and basic instrumentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with automotive design projects or coursework.
Understanding of industry standards like ISO, SAE, or FMVSS.
Passion for automotive innovation and sustainability.
