Job Title: APP/ Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
Reports to: Director, Clinical Operations
Location: Greenville, SC, with potential travel to satellite offices
Status: Full-Time

Identify and assess patient’s clinical issues and health care needs
Record physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient’s condition and the doctor’s plan of treatment
Evaluations and Re-evaluations of established patients
Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment when needed.
Discusses the case with Physician and other health professionals to prepare a comprehensive patient care plan
Performs pain management injections for specific diagnoses according to practice protocols
Prescribe/Order as medically indicated:- Diagnostics- Therapeutics- Medication- Pain Management Procedures- DME
Eagerness and ability to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Supports the vision and culture of the organization. Demonstrates personal commitment through active involvement in the performance improvement process
Regular and reliable attendance with the ability to work in satellite offices around the area
All other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Experience in Automobile Personal Injury or Workman’s Comp
Highly proficient with computers, especially EMR Software, Meaningful Use, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage high levels of stress and capable of making sound difficult decisions.Education:
Must have a valid, unrestricted professional license in the state of South Carolina and be able to obtain clinical privileges to practice medicine
DEA Registration, preferred
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position will include sitting and standing with occasional light to medium lifting. An employee must meet these requirements to successfully perform the essential duties of this job. Reasonable accommodation will be made in accordance with ADA rules and regulations.
