Job Title: HR Intern

Job Summary: The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in HR processes and an opportunity to develop key interpersonal and organizational skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new hires, such as preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
Assist in creating and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Conduct research on HR trends, legal requirements, and best practices to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the HR team on projects related to training, performance management, and organizational development.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in all HR activities.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR processes and functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, or other relevant software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
