We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications to meet the needs of our company and our clients. You will work closely with our team of engineers and developers to create innovative solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to create software solutions that meet client needs

- Design and develop software applications using coding languages such as Java, Python, or C++

- Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve software issues as they arise

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in software development to help drive innovation within the company

- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on other team members’ work

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of coding languages such as Java, Python, or C++

- Experience working in an Agile development environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex technical challenges

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
