Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and repairing high-volume office printers and industrial copiers. Your work will ensure that our customers experience seamless functionality and support for their document management needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair technical issues in office printers, copiers, and related equipment at client locations and in-house.
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts inventory.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and equipment advancements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in printer/copier repair or a similar technical role is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Greater Columbus Area to service client locations.
