Exciting Opportunity for a Mid-Level Associate in Technology Transactions

Aligned Talent Acquisition’s client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their dynamic Technology Transactions Group. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge intellectual property and commercial transactions for innovative technology companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of intellectual property and commercial agreements, including licensing, service, development, distribution, and partnership agreements.

Advise on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions.

This position is ideal for self-motivated, entrepreneurial individuals passionate about working with technology companies across all stages of growth and contributing to a nationally recognized practice group.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD), licensed and in good standing with the state bar.

Relevant law firm experience in intellectual property and commercial transactions. (AmLaw experience preferred, not required).

A strong interest in intellectual property and technology-focused work.

Exceptional academic credentials and outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

A technical or science background is a plus but not required.
